Our Family of Spirits
Every spirit is shaped by the land and family around us. All of our aged spirits come from the grain/fruit we grow. Pure spring water (non RO) from our farm mingles with every spirit. Our spirits begin with patience, purpose, perseverence and reverence for our land, family and traditional distillation methods.
Vodka
"Flavored" Vodka • less than 3ml of maple syrup per bottle • 80 Proof (40% ABV)
We add less than 3ml of maple syrup per bottle to provide a superior mouthfeel and subtle sweetness. Don't let the "maple syrup flavored" scare you away. Only the most decerning of palettes would get a hint of maple. We had to label the vodka as such , but this vodka tastes like vodka as it should. Use this vodka for any of your favorite vodka drinks.

Brandy
Distilled from our cold-hardy grapes grown on our farm. It is double-pot distilled and aged in oak. This particular brandy for 10 years.

We double distill the pomace (grape skins & seeds) from Neddo Family Vineyard's wine-making process and then age the spirit on oak.
84 Proof • 42% ABV
Grappa
We double distill the pomace (grape skins & seeds) from Neddo Family Vineyard's wine-making process and let it mellow in glass.
90 Proof • 45% ABV
