The Distillery
The idea of adding a distillery to our farm started to take root in Andrew's brain in the winter of 2013. He was at a friends house and their grandmother was drinking a gin cocktail. He was astounded at the smell of the gin and needed to know how it was made. When he dug deeper he realized that he could grow the grains that go into the production of many distilled spirits. And that was the conception of the journey.
The distillery was established in January of 2017 by Andrew, the sixth generation farming Neddo Farm.
After going through the permiting and licensing process the first distilations took place in the fall of 2017.
