Maple Syrup Flavored Vodka
An All-Arounder Vodka
This Vodka starts its journey as 100% corn neutral spirit. We then proof down to 50% with our spring water. Next we filter through activated carbon. We add less than 3ml of maple syrup per bottle to provide a superior mouthfeel and subtle sweetness. Finally we proof the Vodka down to 40%. Every bottle is hand bottled and stamped with the batch number and bottle number. Don't let the "maple syrup flavored" scare you away. Only the most decerning of palettes would get a hint of maple. We had to label the vodka as such, but this vodka tastes like vodka as it should. Use this vodka for any of your favorite vodka drinks.

Production
Small-Batch Production
Every batch of our vodka is 26 gallons or less. Every batch has less than 132 bottle We use pure spring water, non RO, from our farm and 100% corn neutral grain spirit, carefully filtered to create a clean, balanced spirit. Around 3ml of pure Vermont Maple Syrup is added for a better mouthfeel and subtle sweetness.
