We will be updating this page as we progress and know exactly when our spirits are available.
Grappa
Our Grappa is one hundred percent Vermont. We use pomace from grapes grown in our family vineyard. Grappa is a part of Barre's culture and we are proud to bring a Vermont grappa to people, and honor the great tradition of grappa in Barre.
We are expecting to have our Grappa for sale starting in the fall of 2021, or potentially sooner
Brandy
We use grapes grown in our family vineyard to make the base for our brandy. Then age it for a minimum of two years in new oak barrels.
We are expecting to have our brandy available in the fall of 2021
Whiskey
Our whiskey starts in the fields of our Barre farm where we grow and harvest the grains. Then we blend them together to get our signature mash bill. We then distill it and age it in new heavily charred oak barrels for ageing.
We are expecting to have some whiskey available by Fall 2021
